Student Transportation Services

Getting to school on time is expected, but should not be a privilege. In that building, every student should be considered equal, receiving the same education and opportunities to participate in extracurriculars as they choose. However, this does not end at the school limits. From the moment they are ready for school, all students should be considered the responsibility of the school, and that responsibility starts at getting them to their first class on time.

School transportation is critical for the running efficiency of the school. One misstep from any driver can result in missed class, a backed up front office, and an early migraine for teachers. On the other hand, the ability for buses to arrive on time helps students organize their workload and prepare for the school day, either by stepping into the cafeteria for a quick breakfast, catching up with friends, or even completing some leftover homework from the previous night. Buses and other transportation services benefit students and staff equally, giving everyone in the school the opportunity to run as expected and efficiently.

Similarly, parents experience the benefits of reliable school transportation as well. Having a bus pick up and drop your kid off at school gives you more time to get to work or simply a little longer to sleep in, and even after work parents do not need to worry about the stresses that come with picking up your child from school or having someone else do it. The buses dropping kids off at a reliable time gives the child time to complete homework, rest, or eat a quick snack as well, freeing up more time for hanging out or, if applicable, going to practice or other extracurriculars the child may be involved in. Parents do a lot, and having reliable school transportation services helps them out quite a bit.
